The “Student Association” most popularly referred to as the “SA” is the body dedicated to the student population. All other clubs and societies established in the university come under the SA. The SA, apart from looking after student welfare also organizes various activities for the student population. The student association building is dedicated to student activities and recreation. The ground floor houses the cafeteria, a convenience store a mobile phone kiosk a computer accessories store and a salon. The second floor contains the two TV room, pool tables, meeting room for clubs and societies, doctors consultation room and the SA office. The SA is WiFi enabled, and students can be found with their laptops on any given day in and around the SA building surfing the net etc.

Apart from all this, during each new intake in September, the

SA organizes various activites for freshers. Although these activites are not compulsory, it is highly recommended that new students participate in these activities as they will help you to get to know people and settle in to the university environment  faster.
