There are both on and off campus facilities offered. The on campus accomdation halls are at very close distance from the academic blocks situated in a serene environment. There are a variety of halls of residence developed by the external developers and very well managed to maintain the standards from time to time.
They are five halls of residence within the campus named after various Malaysia Islands They are, Redang hall ,Tioman hall, Langkawi hall , Pangkor hall and Kapas.
All the halls of residence are self catered,with a kitchenette in every wing. Furnished with the kitchen are the basic cooking devices which include a stove, water purifier and electric kettle. There is also a refrigerator in every kitchenette.
The residential blocks are cleaned every working day excluding the Sundays. The kitchens are also cleaned and so is the table, but not the cooking utensils. Apart from this, the individual rooms and washrooms are also cleaned by appointment.
Fire fighting equipment is fitted at very hall as per the government laws and it is the duty of the student use them only in an emergency. Anyone found vandalizing these would be penalized.
For emergency purpose during the non woking hours there is a contact number given at the notice board in each hall
But in case of non emergency situations there are “maintaince forms” available at the accomodation office.
Room rents are expected to be paid before 7th of every month else the individual would be fined counting on the number of days of delay.
Any notice from the accomdation office would be put on the notice board which is at the ground floor in each residential hall. Apart from these hall within the campus there is also TTS halls outside the campus which is at a close distance.
